Within 72 hours of the submission of your claim, a Circle J Club verify the lower rate, we may request additional information and documentation (such as a screenshot) from you in order to confirm the lower online rate. Please keep copies of all documentation supporting your claim.
Upon verification of eligibility and documentation for your claim, Circle J Club will send you a confirmation email notifying you that a refund and credit will be issued. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card account charged for the original booking. Circle J Club courtesy credits will only be issued to the customer account under which the qualifying booking was confirmed and must be applied toward a reservation on Circle J Clubwithin one (1) year from date of issuance.
