High West Distillery started with one man’s passion to make a great Rocky Mountain Whiskey. Join their whiskey experts for a tour of this historic distillery where they will walk you through their distillation process and you will get to see the blending, aging, and bottling operations. The tours generally take about 45 minutes, and afterwards you can choose to do an optional guided tasting of the most popular whiskeys in their tasting room. Tours are happening Wednesday through Sunday from 10:30am to 3pm and start on the hour every hour. Reservations are highly encouraged for these tours as they tend to book up fast.
